Automation System & Power Panel
Power panel is a part of the automation system. Automatic contactor switches, transformators, TMS, phase control relay, switch plugs and softstarters are inside of this panel. All above mentioned equipments are SIEMENS brand and make concrete batching plants work reliably. Protection and isolation standards of the power panel are exactly inconfirmity with European Standards. Power panel is illuminated with spot lights and all the cables inside of the panel are marked according to electrical project. Thus it becomes easier to take a technical care.
It is obvious that a reliable automation system with a proper weighing system, makes it possible to produce high quality concrete.
The control of the ELKON Concrete Batching Plants are made by means of SIEMENS PLC and SIEMENS TOUCH Operator Panel (Germany). While the SIEMENS PLC controller realizes the transactions which requires high sensitivity and realibility quickly and continuously, the SIEMENS TOUCH Panel makes it possible to program the production process directly by presenting various setup options. Also it is possible to monitor the whole production process from the interface of the SIEMENS TOUCH Panel.
